The backend sends from palmahighgrade@gmail.com directly TO the selected client emails. Incoming replies/leads are received in the palmahighgrade@gmail.com inbox through Gmail IMAP.

Use Remove from Sending to keep the client in the database but stop future emails. Use Delete Selected only when you want to remove those emails from the list.


Direct Actions

Manual sending to a selected client is available from each contractor row. Automatic sending uses the selected client emails only. Incoming replies/leads appear in Gmail Inbox.

Automatic Client Campaign

Upload client list and send controlled email batches with a live countdown timer.

This panel uses the imported contractor/client database, sends in controlled batches, and marks each record as Pending, Contacted, Failed, Paused or Completed.

Safety rule: records marked Do Not Contact are skipped automatically. Default is 5 emails every 15 minutes. To add more contacts while running, import them and click Add New Contacts to Active Campaign.
